MULLINGAR PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

Our initial involvement with Mullingar Presbyterian Church was in the preparation of a feasibility study relating to the continued use of the existing church versus moving to a new site.

We worked with PCI in relation to procurement of a suitable building site, obtaining all necessary approvals for a new church building and the management of finances available for the project.

We also worked closely with the church representatives in Mullingar and with the project manager appointed by the church.

Works included feasibility studies, negotiation with local Westmeath County Council to procure the site, obtaining planning and statutory approvals, preparation of design and detailed drawings and site inspections.

The new complex comprises of a multi-functional building which can be extended in future if required.       Accommodation provided includes a sanctuary, welcome area, hall, kitchen, office, meeting room, children’s room and all ancillary accommodation.

Works were completed early on site and within budget.
